Now this is Magical!!

There are those moments in life when you see things you’ve never seen before. This was one of those moments. It was Magical! I’ve never seen anything like it. I looked up after leaving an art show of a friend of mine and was in awe! I made a couple of photos with my iPhone and within minutes, the clouds had dissipated, the rainbow was gone, the moon and a couple of planets shone by themselves in the darkness of the night.

I love watching all the stages of the moon. I also love seeing the trillions of stars and the Milky Way when there is a new moon, which means there is no moon as it goes through its various phases.

The moon has felt especially bright this past week with a couple of planets close by. Each night I look through my skylight to see if Sister Moon is blessing the night. When I see her, I say to myself, goodnight moon. Thank you for shining your light.
